China Glaze Deviantly Daring

Welcome Back!

Today, I have for your Deviantly Daring from the China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection!
I love this teal color.
Didn't come out quite like I was hoping, I wanted to use this "softer" silver but I think I would have liked better with a brighter silver.
I stamped with China Glaze Platinum Silver

Used BM-320 for this tumbling square stamp.

Have a great rest of your day all and thanks for your visit!

Citrus Salad

Hey Everyone,

I saw this design on the fabulous The Crumpet's blog and instantly had to recreate it.
Go check out her awesomeness!

Yellow: China Glaze Sunshine Pop
Orange: China Glaze Papaya Punch
Green: China Glaze Starboard

I first painted the base with China Glaze Papaya punch then dotted with China Glaze Sunshine Pop and China Glaze Starboard. to create a mixture of orange, lemon and lime.

Stamped with Konad Special Nail Polish White using plate BM-308

I really enjoyed this mani and could not stop checking out my nails!

I hope you enjoyed this look as much as I did!

Thank you for stopping by and make sure to go check out The Crumpet's blog!

September It Girl Julep Maven Box!

Oh My Goodness,
I can not believe it is already September! I feel like it was just yesterday
that I moved down here to Mississippi!

We also just went through Hurricane Isaac and we did sustain a total loss of our Tahoe as well as probably our motorcycles but the most important thing is that my hubby, pup and myself are all safe and sound.
Here are a couple of pics from the harbor area I took when we got back.

It is just crazy to see boats up in the parking lot!

On to the Fun Stuff!

Today I have for you the Sept. Julep Maven Box and it is totally welcoming in Fall. I'm not quite sure I'm prepared for fall to already be here but these colors are yummy!
How cute and retro is this box!

 Dang Straight Yves Saint Laurent

To all the fashion peeps out there...I'm sorry but this looks creepy. Not sure the purpose cause its not on paper but has a rubber material on the back.
Hmmmm.....

 Such cute polka dots!

And the colors. I will first put the description as Julep states then....my description.
Going from Top to Bottom:
Alma: "Retro dijon yellow creme.".........Looks like mushed peas for a baby food.
But in a totally awesome way.
Otte: "rich camel neutral crème"........really beautiful Cafe Latte Neutral
Delaunay: "chili pepper red crème".........it is a classic rich red.

Did you notice the Trina Trunk logo on the cap! I was stoked to find that it was actually on the cap and not just on the wrapper.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this month's box as much as I did! I'm really loving the retro feel of it. What do you think of the color combos?

Thank you all so much for stopping by and
I hope you all have a fantabulous Labor Day Weekend!

Double duty Circle Mani

Happy Saturday Everyone!
I don't know what happened but i lost some of my pics for this mani but still wanted to show what I had.
I only had this one showing only after stamping one of my nails. I did have all the nails done with this stamp.

I had used scotch tape to be able to make the half and half effect.

I used Rare and Radiant and Unpredictable from the new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Collection.
I used some tape to create the half and half look.

I then stamped using Wet n Wild Black Creme and BM-322

Thanks for visiting and see you next time!

China Glaze Swanky Silk and Stamping!

Hello Everyone!
I'm gonna be showing the new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection in the next few posts. I'm really loving these colors.  I love a good multichrome. :-)

First up is Swanky Silk

I used Konad Special Polish Black for the stamping.

I wanted to try out this stamp on BM-310
I liked how it offered the inverse image. I decided to use the inverse image for my accent nail.

Have a great day everyone!

China Glaze No Plain Jane

Happy Wednesday Guys!

Here is another lovely form the China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection.
Today we have No Plain Jane. Really pretty purple, I couldn't really see any multichrome like I did with Swanky Silk but still wonderful color.
Pretty simple today, I was feeling in a sparkly mood and used China Glaze Techno for a topcoat.
I intentionally blurred this one so you can see how the glitter on the
Techno just reflects so many colors!

Thank you as always for coming by!
See you next time!

Dupe or No Dupe, Part Deaux!

Hello Everyone!

After doing that request for the gold dupe inquiry. I noticed that there was a possible dupe in the new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection.

China Glaze Rare and Radiant & OPI Just Spotted the Lizard

 These look identical!
I do not own it but I've seen how these are dupes for a Chanel color, I believe Peridot.
Too expensive for me but glad to know got the dupes of it.
I suggest that if you want one of these, go with the China Glaze. Yes I am partial to CG. I just love the line but I bought Rare and Radiant for $3.38 on Transdesign and
Just Spotted the Lizard at Ulta for $8.

Hope you all are doing wonderful and thank you for visiting!
