Multi Colored Stripes!!

Welcome Back!
I hope you had a great day!
I have for you the last mani that I created to go with my Sassy B Bands.
If you haven't gone to check out her Etsy page, click here to go get your own!

I had thought I would be using tape to create but then thought.....I will lose my mind with how long would take with all thee stripes. Lol
I decided to freehand the stripes. I first put on a base of the yellow and then layered on the other colors.

Winstonia Plate Testing

Hey Everyone! Happy Sunday!

So forgive my cuticles but was playing around and wanted to try out this stamp.

I had just watched Project Runway where they did a prom dress made out of Duck Tape.
This one team did one to replicate houndstooth in red and black.

This plate stamped well and is etched in very well.
Can't wait to play with more!

Hope you all have a great rest of your weekend! See you next time!

Happy Independence Day!

Happy 4th of July!
Does everyone have some great plans for today?
I did a couple of manicures for this celebration.

The first one was using the nail foils I had gotten from dollarnailart.com.
It was my first time ever using foils and the application was pretty easy.
I did find out though that these have HORRIBLE durability.
After a few hours they started to "peel" off. Its a fun effect but only for a event.
Lava Tides,Arctic Tides & Aegean Tides

I then decided on this design:

I used the sponging method to do the gradient design and
used Julep America for the ring finger and thumb
I used Kleancolor Silver Star to give the gradient a little pizazz.

Go Netherlands!

Happy Friday Party People,

So you amy or may not know but the Uefa  Euro Soccer Championships are happening right now and for soccer fans, this is a big deal.
I am a big Netherlands fan so to show my support I put the Holland flag as my mani for support.
It didn't work since Netherlands are out but I still figured I'd share.

Ill next have to do some Germany nails since that is the hubby's team!
They beat Greece today so hopefully I can get them done by the next game!

Be nice cause I did the striping by hand and I am still new to it so it can be improved. :-)

Looking good with my Netherlands jersey!

Cupcakes and Ice Cream

Hola!,
I talked in last post about my visit from my great buddy Brandi.
It was nice to get my nails done for a change!
How cute are my Cupcake and Ice Cream Cone!

She used a small nail art brush and dotting tools for the cupcake and ice cream cone. I then put polka dots on my other nails with the same colors used for the sprinles.
