My New Job Nails

Hope yall had a great weekend!

Tomorrow I am starting a new job at AT&T and  of course I had to
commemorate the day with some nail art!
I wanted to use the AT&T colors of orange, blue and white.

I was also happy cause I got to use my new set of awesome nail stamps from Bundle Monster!
Swatches will come soon!
I also used BM 311 since it had the stamp of numbers and it made me think of a telephone number.

 Base Coat: Nail Life Gripper
Orange: Zoya Arizona
Blue: Konad Stamping Polish
White:Konad Stamping Polish
Top Coat: Seche Vite

I'll be at a call center which is awesome since I can wear crazy nails and no customers will see. :-)

Thank you for stopping by and I hope your Monday is a great start of the week!

Psychedelic Summer Water Marble

 Hello,
Today I have a water marble design that uses all the lovelies of the Zoya Beach I showed you previously.

After applying the base coat I put a coat of Shelby on all my nails.

I then did my water marble design in the rest of the colors, Lara,Reagan,Arizona and Wednesday.

The formula was pretty think and a little aggravating for water marbling so I added a few drops of polish thinner to each. It made it flow a lot better out of bottle
as well as spread better when it hit the water.

 Base: Nail Life Gripper
Top Coat: Seche Vite
A little dash of sparkle goodness: China Glaze Fairy Dust.

I had been getting a lot more bubble on nails then usually, I'm thinking once again because of the thick consistency. To try to make them less noticeable and add a bit of sparkle, I put one coat of my favorite, China Glaze Fairy Dust. It added just enough sparkle without being too much.

I thought it looked very psychedelic 60's but in a fun summer way!
I really loved how the colors worked together!

This was my favorite nail.
Love the flowery design that happened on this one.

Hope you enjoyed this design and thank you coming by!

Monarch Butterfly Mani

Greetings All,

I am a Pinterest addict and just fell in love with a gradient with a couple of beautiful Zoya colors.
I thought it would make a great base to do a monarch design on top of.

Here is the lineup:
Base Coat: Nail Life Gripper
Red:    Zoya Sookie
Orange: Zoya Arizona
Black: Wet and Wild Black Creme
White: Sally Hansen White On
Top Coat: Seche Vite

Red:    Zoya Sookie
Orange: Zoya Arizona

I used my regular gradient method of using a makeup sponge to apply on the colors.
I first painted a base coat of Arizona since it was the lighter of the two.

Did not bother to clean up since still have to do design.

To do the lines I used one of my nail art brushes. I altered one of them to make easier for me to use.
The brush with two on it had bristles that were same length as the #3 one but I just felt I didn't have much control. I used a cuticle scissor to trim it down to a length that made it easier.

I then used my smallest dotting tool to make the spots on the wings.
I thought I got these from Bundle Monster but I must not have but I found a set on Ebay for my sister for $1.89 with free shipping from China.
Awesome Deal!

I think they came out pretty cute.
Can't wait to try with other colored gradients to improve my free hand painting skills!

Thank you for visiting and I hope your Sunday is Awesome!
