China Glaze Swanky Silk and Stamping!

Hello Everyone!
I'm gonna be showing the new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection in the next few posts. I'm really loving these colors.  I love a good multichrome. :-)

First up is Swanky Silk

I used Konad Special Polish Black for the stamping.

I wanted to try out this stamp on BM-310
I liked how it offered the inverse image. I decided to use the inverse image for my accent nail.

Have a great day everyone!

China Glaze No Plain Jane

Happy Wednesday Guys!

Here is another lovely form the China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection.
Today we have No Plain Jane. Really pretty purple, I couldn't really see any multichrome like I did with Swanky Silk but still wonderful color.
Pretty simple today, I was feeling in a sparkly mood and used China Glaze Techno for a topcoat.
I intentionally blurred this one so you can see how the glitter on the
Techno just reflects so many colors!

Thank you as always for coming by!
See you next time!

Dupe or No Dupe, Part Deaux!

Hello Everyone!

After doing that request for the gold dupe inquiry. I noticed that there was a possible dupe in the new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection.

China Glaze Rare and Radiant & OPI Just Spotted the Lizard

 These look identical!
I do not own it but I've seen how these are dupes for a Chanel color, I believe Peridot.
Too expensive for me but glad to know got the dupes of it.
I suggest that if you want one of these, go with the China Glaze. Yes I am partial to CG. I just love the line but I bought Rare and Radiant for $3.38 on Transdesign and
Just Spotted the Lizard at Ulta for $8.

Hope you all are doing wonderful and thank you for visiting!

Multichrome stamping

Hey Guys!

I have a confession....I have a addiction to a multichrome!
I can't help it but they are so beautiful, especially these Ludurana Aurora Boreal ones from Brazil!

And they are perfumed....yes that seems very back when I was 12 to have polish like that but....they smell good!

Today I have a manicure for you that features one of these beauties!

Gold Chrome: Julep Sienna
Multichrome: Ludurana Aurora Boreal Fascinante

I chose this stamp since I didn't want to detract from the Fascinante.
I stamped it with Julep Sienna, the awesome gold chrome that came in the August Maven Box!

Outdoors (Sun)

 Outdoors (Shade)
I love how it changes from a golden to a coppery red!

Indoors

Hope you enjoy this look!
See you next time and thank you for vistiting!

Dupe or No Dupe, That is the Question!

Hey Everyone!
I hope you are all having a great Saturday!

I received a request to compare the Julep Sienna that came in my August Maven box with Orly Luxe and I am all too happy to oblige.

 Does look pretty close.

In the pics below, I put two coats of each and topped with a coat of Seche Vite!

Mother nature wasn't cooperating with providing sun but you can see that Orly Luxe does seem to be a brighter true gold.

I have to say that I prefer the Orly Luxe since the Orly is cheaper and larger.
I had gotten this Orly at Sally's for I believe $8 and Julep sells for $14, $12 if a Maven.

I couldn't waste an opportunity to do some stamping!
I used China Glaze Frostbite to stamp this water marble effect stamp from BM320.
I first tried the chrome blue that came in the August Julep Maven Box, Melanie, but it was just too light to show up.

I think it is a really pretty combination.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and thank you for visiting!

365 Days of Color Haul

Welcome Everyone,
I have a whole bunch of glitter awesomeness to show you today!
They were so great to shop with. I had moved from Georgia to Mississippi and I forgot to change my address on Paypal. I wrote to them about my mistake and they resent me the polishes to my new home. The did not even tell me to wait to see if the USPS would forward the polishes. The post office did and i just put return to sender when they arrived to get them back to her.

Look at these beauties! I chose to get these colors in the mini version so that I could get more. :)

 Cotton Candy

 Summer Dream

 Funfetti

 Old Time Movie

 Rock Candy

 Explosion

Here is Summer Dream. Such a pretty color and went on in two coats.

If you would like to get your hands on these as well, go to her shop in this link.
Go check out her awesome blog here.

Have a fabulous day and see you soon!

Nike Gradient!

Hi Everyone!

My wonderful hubby surprised me with some Nike's that he designed for me. Of course I had to do some corresponding nails!

Yellow: China Glaze Celtic Sun (Neon)
Blue: Zoya Phoebe
Sparkle: China Glaze Fairy Dust

I used the makeup sponge technique to do the gradient.
I added the fairy dust the tie it all together and make the gradient look more blended!

I hope you all have a great day and thank you so much for stopping by!

Olympics!!

Hey Guys!

So I am a dork and LOVE the Olympics. I get all into watching the weird sports like trampoline and handball as well as the well known ones of gymnastics and swimming.

Alot of people were doing some fabulous manis that represent the rings. I decided to do a twist on that.

The color theme for the London Olympics are this fabulous plum/raspberry. I represented it with putting a base of Zoya Reagan and one coat of OPI Louvre Me Louvre Me Not.

I then stamped the the ring design from BM-325 with Orly Luxe
I placed the stamp differently on each nail to add some variety!

I hand painted the Union Jack.
I first painted the base with Sally Hansen White On. I used Zoya Sooki as the base red and then layered China Glaze Ruby Pumps to add some glitter. The blue I used was Butter London Blagger.

I hope you all liked this look and as always, thank you for visiting!
