It's the weekend!
I hope you are enjoying yours!
I just needed to play with those new China Glaze Neons.
I figured out a combo that would include all 7 of the colors I had.
I started off with a base of Sally Hansen White Out to be able to really make the neon pop.
I then used OPI Black Shatter to produce the crackle effect and Seche Vite for my top coat.
